2. How Payments Work

• Dorsko uses NFC-enabled wristbands or devices to direct users to payment pages.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment gateway.
• All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms, fees, and privacy policy.

3. Commission Structure

• Dorsko charges a 5% service fee on the total transaction amount.
• This fee is in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees.
• For example, if a user pays $100:
  • Stripe may deduct ~2.9% + $0.30
  • Dorsko then deducts 5% from the remaining amount

4. Payouts to Receivers

• Funds are transferred directly to the receiver's Stripe-connected bank account.
• Payout schedules and delays depend on Stripe’s policies, not Dorsko’s control.

5. Refunds and Disputes

• Stripe handles chargebacks, refunds, and disputes.
• Dorsko is not responsible for refund processing but may assist in resolving user inquiries.
