2. How Payments Work
- Dorsko uses NFC-enabled wristbands or devices to direct users to payment pages.
- Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment gateway.
- All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms, fees, and privacy policy.
3. Commission Structure
- Dorsko charges a 5% service fee on the total transaction amount.
- This fee is in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees.
- For example, if a user pays $100:
- Stripe may deduct ~2.9% + $0.30
- Dorsko then deducts 5% from the remaining amount
4. Payouts to Receivers
- Funds are transferred directly to the receiver's Stripe-connected bank account.
- Payout schedules and delays depend on Stripe’s policies, not Dorsko’s control.
5. Refunds and Disputes
- Stripe handles chargebacks, refunds, and disputes.
- Dorsko is not responsible for refund processing but may assist in resolving user inquiries.
